The kids were in this facility from mid-1999 until early 2000, when the current facility was completed. The current facility is located on the far side of the complex from the director's offices. The children are located on the 2-4 floors, with the youngest kids on the lowest level. There are about 80 children in the facility, 50 babies and 30 special needs kids. The lowest level (first floor) has a play room for older kids. There are about 6 babyrooms on the three levels. First international adoptions took place in 1994, and since that time over 200 kids have been adopted outside China. There is no foster care program in Jiangmen. Misc.
